Supedry Campaign

During the month-long project, I was fortunate to take the lead in creating the social assets for Superdy’s campaign, heroing their iconic jacket. The job included modelling the jacket and the logo, animating them, and superimposing over the footage which I helped direct together with Superdy’s team.

The goal - an unexpected appearance of the jacket/logo in a classic urban London environment. We worked closely with the client to help them realise the vision.

We delivered four 10-second videos, in each of which the model is revealed through either pan up or side reveal. I used photogrammetry to scan the physical jacket, which then served as a reference for a clean topology model. The puffing up was one of the key actions, so I modelled the jacket and the logo with that in mind. We then took a slight variation in animation character on each of the videos. As well as delivering the videos, we also provided the client with the Blender models themselves.
