Reality bends in Seafood Salad in France by GEE LEE, ayrtn, and honey. What starts as a forest stroll turns surreal as fish and prawns drift through the air, floating like a fever dream.

Using Blender I animated the seafood and seamlessly composited it into the footage, matching the lighting and motion to keep the hallucination feeling strangely real. The movement was designed to be fluid and dreamlike—just unnatural enough to distort perception.

I was hired by Sludge Creative to handle the special effects, ensuring the visuals captured the wild energy of the song.

The result was a trippy, hypnotic visual that pulled the audience straight into the artists’ altered state.
